Lexpay maintains strict standards regarding the types of businesses and activities we support. The categories listed below are prohibited from using any Lexpay product or service. If you suspect abuse or fraud, please contact us immediately at abuse@lexpayments.net or fraud@lexpayments.net.

01.Illegal or harmful goods and services
- Narcotics, controlled substances and drug paraphernalia
- Counterfeit goods, replica products and trademark infringements
- Stolen goods, identity theft services and trafficking of any kind
- Human trafficking, exploitation or forced-labour operations
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content involving minors
- Hitmen, violence-for-hire or incitement to physical harm
- Terrorism financing or support of extremist organisations
02.Weapons, ammunition and hazardous materials
- Firearms, ammunition, explosives and military-grade hardware
- Destructive devices, bombs, grenades and improvised weapons
- Tactical gear sold with clear intent for unlawful use
- Chemical or biological weapons and related precursors
- Radioactive or nuclear materials
03.Unlicensed financial and investment services
- Unlicensed money transmission, remittance or currency-exchange services
- Payday lending, unregulated short-term credit or loan-sharking
- Unlicensed securities trading, broker-dealer activity or investment advice
- Binary options, CFDs or similar high-risk derivative offerings without authorisation
- Pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes and multi-level marketing (MLM) programmes
- Debt-collection agencies operating without proper licensing
- Credit-repair services that guarantee specific score improvements
04.Gambling and games of chance
- Unlicensed casinos, sports betting, lotteries and sweepstakes
- Online gambling sites operating without jurisdictional authorisation
- Skill-games with real-money prizes where prohibited by law
- Bingo, raffles and prize-draws conducted without regulatory compliance
- Skin-gambling, loot-box marketplaces and unregulated wagering platforms
05.Cryptocurrency and virtual assets
- Unregistered cryptocurrency exchanges and on/off-ramp services
- Initial coin offerings (ICOs) conducted without regulatory filings
- Mixer or tumbler services designed to obscure transaction trails
- Unlicensed token sales, NFT projects with guaranteed returns
- Crypto arbitrage or yield programmes promising fixed returns
06.Adult content and services
- Pornography produced or distributed without consent
- Escort services, prostitution or sexual services for hire
- Adult content lacking robust age-verification controls
- Revenge porn, deepfake pornography or non-consensual intimate imagery
07.Deceptive or abusive practices
- Phishing, spoofing or social-engineering services
- Fake-document mills, forged credentials and identity fabrication
- Spyware, stalkerware or unauthorised surveillance equipment
- Cheat devices for exams, gaming or regulated industries
- "Get rich quick" schemes, guaranteed-return investment fraud
- Auction-fee fraud, wire-fraud tutorials and scam-as-a-service kits
08.Sanctions, embargoes and restricted jurisdictions
- Entities or individuals listed on OFAC, EU, UN or HMT sanctions lists
- Businesses domiciled in comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions
- Transactions designed to circumvent sanctions or export controls
- Dual-use goods subject to export-licence requirements without proper authorisation
09.Report abuse or fraud
If you encounter a merchant or activity on the Lexpay platform that violates this policy, please report it immediately. Your report helps us protect the integrity of our network and our customers.
